At SNAXPO, the Center for Pecan Innovation will be stationed at Booth 335, where we will serve samples of Rosemary- and Sea Salt-Flavored Pecans as well as their spicy cousins – our new Cajun-Flavored Pecans! We’ll also have Graham Crackers and Asiago Jalapeño Cheese Straws – both made from pecan meal – for you to try.
And did we mention that pecans are gluten-free? Snack fans with celiac disease whose selection of nibbles is limited can certainly enjoy more flavors and tastes with treats made from pecans.
