- 1 jar Cranberry Pecan Muffin Mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray muffin pan with non0stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine muffin mix, milk, egg, and butter and stir until just blended. Pour into prepared muffin pan.
Bake for 14 – 18 minutes, or until lightly brown.
