Vineyard Pizza

Ingredients

  • PIzza
    • 6 oz. Bridgeford Demiloaf (Proofed, rolled into a pizza, cook half way)
    • 1 tablespoon pesto
    • 1/2 cup sliced grapes
    • 1/2 cup chopped Georgia pecans
    • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Pesto
    • 2 cups fresh basil
    • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    • 1/2 cup pine nuts
    • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    • 3/4 cup olive Oil
    • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Pizza

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Oil the pizza skin. Evenly spread pesto (see below) over pizza. Add pecans and grapes. Top with mozzarella. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Puree above in food processor.
