Pecans Made a Splash at the Sweets and Snacks Expo!

The Center for Pecan Innovation was an exhibitor at the 2015 Sweets and Snacks Expo in Chicago May 19-22. We took an array of pecan innovations designed to inspire the attendees and other exhibitors to use pecans differently. Here’s a list of the items that we featured during the expo:

We were able to educate quite a few people about different ways to use pecans with the help of our tasty innovations. We had a blast talking pecans, meeting the attendees and experiencing the sugar rush that is the Sweets and Snacks Expo!
