Salted Georgia Pecans


    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 pound of Georgia pecan halves
    • 1 teaspoon salt


Place the Georgia pecans in a large shallow pan with butter. Bake at 200 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. (Butter will melt after the first 15 minutes; stir well to coat all nuts).

Place the toasted Georgia pecans on absorbent paper. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Store in tightly covered container.
